STEEL + TIMBER
The staircase unfolds as a dialogue between opposites — the lightness of steel and the warmth of timber. Above, a perforated and suspended structure hovers with quiet precision; below, a grounded, monolithic form anchors the composition within a compact 1.5 m × 1.5 m frame.
By sliding the lower element beneath its floating counterpart, the stair adapts — contracting its footprint, shifting its presence, and revealing movement as both function and form.
