Perched high on the ninth floor, 14 East Tower offers an unparalleled vantage of Malta’s shimmering east coast. The office is a study in transparency—floor-to-ceiling glass walls dissolve the boundaries between interior and exterior, inviting daylight to flood every corner while framing breathtaking, uninterrupted views.

The design balances this openness with a thoughtful approach to acoustics. Hard surfaces are softened through carefully selected materials and subtle architectural details, creating a workspace that feels spacious yet serene.

 

The result is an office that is at once visually striking, acoustically refined, and deeply connected to the island’s luminous landscape—a modern sanctuary for work that celebrates light, view, and calm.
